A support operation launched by the monastery
Work on our outdoor hotel, as well as the Via Caritatis Cellarium, is now well under way. In order to finance the interior of the Cellarium, we have launched a special operation in partnership with Credofunding: the sale of 5,000 boxes of an excellent wine.

Something new!
Two monks from Sainte-Madeleine Abbey and Gabriel Teissier, director of Via Caritatis, were delighted to take part in the GENESE podcast recently.
During this interview, a number of topics were discussed: the Rule of Saint Benedict, the role of work in monastic life, sacramental wine, the symbolism of wine in the Christian tradition, as well as the abbey’s venture into wine-making and many other subjects besides.
The construction of the Cellarium – this new venue which will combine the discovery of wines with the sharing of the culture on which they are based – was also discussed.
